This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "You," or "Your") and Code Clutch Esports Labs Pvt Ltd ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing the use of the software applications Olympus CC and Olympus CC Admin (collectively, the "Software").
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
- 1.1 Limited License: Code Clutch grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Software.
- 1.2 Restrictions: You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the Software.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code.
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- 1.3 Ownership: The Software is licensed, not sold, and remains the property of Code Clutch.
2. Data Collection & Privacy
By using the Software, You acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of certain data as described in Our Privacy Policy.
3. Updates & Modifications
Code Clutch may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software, which may be installed automatically.
4. Termination
You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Software. Code Clutch may also terminate this Agreement if You violate any terms.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration.
